Parking	- 50% discount on parking fees for hotel guests (e.g.,30,000 KRW -> 15,000 KRW) Use the advanced payment system at the 1st floor information desk.

Rental Items

- Please contact the 1st-floor information desk for rental requests (Room extension number 9403).
- Rental requests are available from 09:00 to 22:00 (Not available for requests outside these hours).
- A deposit is required for the rental items, which will be returned upon returning the rented items to the front desk.
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of damage or loss of the rented items.

Check-in Procedure

1. How to use the kiosk

- Click on check-in.
- Choose between QR code check-in, inputting the reservation number, or entering guest information.
- Proceed with electronic signature and payment.
- Receive room number and password (on the receipt).

2. How to use email or KakaoTalk Alarm

- Upon reservation confirmation, an email or KakaoTalk Alarm will be sent with the expected room number and door lock password for your room.
- Check-in is available from 12 PM on the day of check-in.

Check-out Procedure

You can easily check out without visit by using the check-out guidance URL received through text or email. Please take the key from the room key box and check out.

Amenities	- Complimentary bottled water and all amenities/linens are provided for one night's stay. For stays of two nights or more, any items that are running low will be replenished during the housekeeping service (09:00-15:00). Additional items can be obtained for a fee from the first-floor amenity vending machine. *Please use the bathrobe and slippers only within the room.
Cooking Information	- Cooking is allowed in the rooms. A cash deposit of KRW 30,000 is required for a set of tableware for two people. - Please be advised that cooking items such as grilled meat or fish may set off the smoke detector, so be sure to turn on the kitchen hood and ventilator and open the windows for proper ventilation. - Please ensure that the kitchen utensils you have rented are cleaned and returned to the front desk before check-out. - Please separate food waste, recyclables, and general trash in the room, and our staff will dispose of them during the housekeeping service.
Non-Smoking Policy	- Please be aware that our building is a legally non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or inside the rooms. Any guests found smoking will be subject to immediate eviction with a penalty of KRW 150,000, and no refund will be issued.
Parking Information	- 50% discounted parking fee for hotel guests (e.g., KRW 30,000 → KRW 15,000) : Utilize the pre-payment system on the 1st floor
